Invited to a local clown class in 2002, Dianne immediately proclaimed she'd always wanted to be a clown. Funny how things come together 'cuz she'd never known that before. Mary O'Nette was born and has been studying and clowning, clowning and studying, the wonderful world of the clown ever since.
To earn her red nose, she performed the now infamous... "Who stole my meatball?" skit.
Ever the wooden head, Mary O'Nette's other clown credits include: UW La Crosse Clown College, Bubba University, Balloon Camp, Balloons Around the World, and Diamond Jam. She also competed at the 2008 Western Region Clown Convention. The Pioneer Balloon Company awarded Mary O'Nette a Certified Balloon Artist certificate in 2007 at Balloon Camp in Las Vegas, Nevada, The World Clown Association awarded her a 1rst place medal in balloon competition at the 2010 WCA convention in Winnipeg.
She leads the local Qualatex Balloon Network and the Family Entertainers' CAFE (Creative Arts for Everyone). Look for her clown classes in the CE UNM class catalog.
Mary O'Nette loves balloons, music, elephants, Smiley, "knock, knock" jokes and, of course, children of all ages.
